Born 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah, American actress, singer, and model Joi Lansing was best known for her work in Hollywood during the 1950s and 1960s. She became a prominent figure in both B-movies and television.
A blonde bombshell, who was often cast in roles that emphasized her striking beauty, but Lansing also showed versatility in a variety of genres, including drama, comedy, and even musicals.
In addition to her acting career, Lansing released a few singles as a singer and worked as a model. Sadly, she passed away in 1972, at the young age of 43 from cancer. Her legacy remains as a symbol of mid-20th-century American pop culture, often remembered for her glamorous appearance and contributions to the entertainment industry.
